Vice-Premier and Minister of Science and Technological Development Bozidar Djelic and Italian Minister for Foreign affairs Franco Frattini signed a Agreement on Scientific and Technological cooperation

 
 

Agreement on cooperation has been signed with an aim of supporting and enhancing cooperation in Science and Technology, especially in the following areas:

  • Biomedicine and biotechnology
  • Agriculture and Food Technology
  • Energetic Science
  • Environmental protection
  • Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
  • Nanotechnology and new materials
  • Informatics and Telecommunication
  • Technology that is implemented on cultural heritage and their protection

This Agreement has replaced the Agreement between The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Republic of Italy on Scientific and Technological cooperation, signed in 1980.
