EFG scholarships to best students |

Vice-Premier
and Minister of Science and Technological Development Bozidar Djelic attended
the official ceremony of consigning 100 student grants of Eurobank EFG of 1.000
euros to best students of state universities in Serbia.
Minister
Djelic stated that the European Investment Bank credit worth 200 million euros
will allow recovering of the scientific infrastructure. Additional 25 million
euros from the EU will increase further development in higher educational
system and science.
Djelic has
highlightened the fact that the Foundation for young talents will have more
than 560 million dinars for 2010. and that it is essential to have the private
sector acknowledge the importance of investing in science.
Eurobank
EFG Scholarships, which represent an integral part of the Bank’s Corporate Social
Responsibility program titled “We invest in European values”. Up to date, for
the past four years, Eurobank EFG granted over EUR1,2 million to the 1.250 best
University students in Serbia
